He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chack (Betty); his children, Jill, Steven Notz and Lisa Heier (Brian); his grandchildren, Justin Heier, Derek Heier (Phyllis) and Kendra Heier (Trent Martinson); his children, Taylor Harris and Brandon Notz (Rose McClinton); his great grandchildren, Rylie, Kayden, Payton Heier, Lucille, Malcolm Notz and Carson Martinson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sophia, Alivia Schrauth, Troy and Alex Miller; his brothers, Roy Notz (Ann) and Roger Notz; his brother-in-law Norman Chack; his siblings, Jerome Notz (Patricia) and Germaine Murack (Raymond); his sisters-in-law, Alice Augustine (Vince), Violet Raymond (Russell) and Nancy Notz; and also Maisi Schrauth (Jaimie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
