He is survived by: his mother Margaret O'Keefe (Vilter); his wife Tara Bernarde; his father-in-law Donald Bernarde (Sally); his siblings, Ronald O'Keefe, Robert O'Keefe, Darlene O'Keefe, Patricia LaPorte, James O'Keefe (Martha), Gerald O'Keefe, Kathleen O'Keefe, Craig Bernarde (Deb) and Mark Bernarde (Robin); and his nieces and nephews, Nathan O'Keefe, Jacob O'Keefe (Amanda), Jason O'Keefe (Jen), Kerrie LaPorte, Maddy Kaiser (Carl), Jesse O'Keefe and Jack O'Keefe (Sarah). He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
