He was predeceased by: his father Welch D. Everman; his grandparents, John, Betty Bard, Welch C. and Ruth Everman; his uncle Jack Bard; and his aunt Nicole Bianco-Spadoni.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth A. Bard; his brother John Everman; his pet Zoe; his girlfriend Denise Marking; his aunt Kate Bard; his uncle Pat Laritson; and his cousins, Hank and Matt Laritson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (5101 Schofield St, Monona, WI 53716). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Carlos to the Dane County Humane Society, Fox Valley Humane Association in Appleton, or any of your local animal rescue groups.
