He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Walters and Evelyn Walters (Etter); and his sister Sandy Ostrowski. He is survived by: his wife Joelyn Walters; his sons, Jason Walters (Stephanie) and Lance Walters (Amanda); his grandchildren, Shellby, Thomas, Bentley, Jayken and Colten Walters; and his sisters, Sharon Welhouse (Harold) and Janice Schairer.
