He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen Bloomer; his wife Joann Bloomer; his children, Rose Zvoda (Mike) and Thomas Bloomer (Jayne); his grandchildren, Jason Zvoda (Danielle), Kyle Zvoda, Sheri Hartlich (Robert), Teri Opitz (Dennis), Dereck Simonsmeier, Tylor Savaske-Simonsmeier (Lacey) and Katie Zellner (Colton); his great grandchildren, Kyson, Ryker Zvoda, Paige Simonsmeier, Emma, Jaxson Savaske-Simonsmeier, Zaxiver Basak and Kellin Hall; his brother Mark Bloomer (Bobbie); his daughter Mary Rose; and his siblings, Mike, Johnny and Mary Helen Criel. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
It wasn't uncommon that he regularly donated pet food for the animals at the humane society.
