She was predeceased by: her father Steven Medvecz; her husband Allan Klay; her mother Aldine Violet Medvecz (Krejci); and her sister Mary Ann Medvecz-Carr. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Schroeder (Dan Stockman) and Benjamin Schroeder (Cara); her grandchildren, Layna, Josie and Baby Benjamin; her daughter Hannah Violet Klay; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Blado and Steve Medvecz. She is also survived by friends, and extended family.
She did later work a short time at the Green Mill however, due to a COVID closure, she was still anticipating their re-opening in the future.
