He is survived by: his children, Carla Johnson (Jon) of Clintonville, WI. and Ron Rader (Cas Ainslie) of Evansville, WI.; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Camden Andrus, Elijah Brown, Emery and Jeremi Jr. Smith (JJ).
