It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Snyder of Schofield, Wisconsin, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Snyder and Kathryn Snyder; and his sister Bridget LeGarde (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Shari Snyder; his daughters, Stephanie Unruh, Amy Bacca (Darren) and Kristine Johnson (Jerimiah) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Jonathan and Bohdi; and his siblings, Sharon Glennen (Edward) of San Angelo, Mary Robinson (John) of Palm Harbor, Florida and Michael Snyder (Lane) of St. Paul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
