She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Levandowski and Francis Levandowski; her husband Michael Dziak; her son Julius Dziak; and her siblings, Leonard Piekarski, Earl, Louis, Donald, Leo Levandowski, Francis Dutton, Elizabeth, Lucille, Betty, Lillian and Genevieve Levandowski.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Seltrecht of Schofield, WI, James Dziak (Susan) of Hartland, WI, Donna Gerstl, Michael Jr (Shelley) of Dodgeville, WI, Karel Flynn (Stewart) of Port Washington, WI and Sandra Dziak (James) of Umatilla, FL.; and her siblings, Katie Colby (Duane) of South Range, WI, Marion Kranski (Chester) of Milwaukee, WI and Frank Piekarski (Judy) of Racine, WI.. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
