He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Smith. He is survived by: his mother Wendy Jones; his sister Rebecca Tuley (Smith); his nieces and nephews, Emily Rae Tuley, Caleb Tuley and Wausau; his stepparents, Patrick Neupert (Snipe) and Linda Fausek (Williamson-Smith); his significant other Abbey Preiser; and his significant other's children, Devin, Carsten and Eliza.
