He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mork and Hilda Mork (Reierson); his wife Kathryn J. Guillen; his son Tommy; his grandson Ryan Mork; and his siblings, Elaine, Phillip and Delores.
He is survived by: his children, Leslieann Rasmussen (Jerry) of Scandinavia, Jeffrey Mork of Iola, David Mork (Kris) of Scandinavia, Jay Mork (Mary) of Scandinavia, Dell Mork (Shelley) of Waupaca and Lisa McQueen (Mark) of Plainfield, IL.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
