With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Hardel of Scandinavia, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 29, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Emil Hansen; her siblings, Bob Hansen, Beulah Torgerson, Marge Neubauer and Alice Thompson; and her granddaughter Brynn Hardel.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hardel; her children, Lana Bonikowske (Rick), Jeff Hardel (Jen), Brad Hardel (Shannon), Dale Hardel (Cathy) and Lisa Hardel; her grandchildren, Sara, Jason, Jamie, Justin, Jenna, Joe, Josh, Bradly, Brye, Amanda and Bailey; her great grandchildren, James, Jeremiah, Jude, Marcus, Jaxson, Kamden, Jordan, Jaiden, Jace, Everette, Harper, Emma, Jacob, Leighton, Lincoln, Ruby, Gideon, Along and Brother Hans Hansen; and her sister Betty Biedermann.

A memorial fund has been established in Carols name to Scandinavia Lutheran Church.
