He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Jodi Ubbink (Brian Athey) of Kaukauna; his grandson Brennen Athey; his sister Andrea "Sandy" Meyer (late Don) of Graham, WA.; and his siblings-in-law, Donald, Barbara Stephan, Jr. of Saukville, Diane, Larry Block of Port Washington and Buck Stephan (Audrey Emerson) of Batavia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
