He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. Blum and Sandra Blum (Johnson); and his son Curt Blum. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Johnson; his son Cory Blum (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Owen, Weston and Sadie; his sons, Tyler Blum (Gina LaVigne) and Justin Blum; his siblings, Casey Blum (Ann), Wade Blum (Deana) and Mindy Breunig (Mathias); and his daughter-in-law Kimberly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and many friends.
