He is survived by: his daughter Avery Bannan; his wife Kathy Bannan (Keith); his siblings, John Bannan (Linda), Elaine "Suz" Kowalke, Tom Bannan (Nancy), Mary Brumm (Dan) and Jim Bannan (Sharon); his mother-in-law Eulaine Kohlman; and his friends, Brittany, Jessica, Dr Nadimiti, Oncology and Dr Krey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
