She was predeceased by: her father Charles Mineard; her grandparents, Evelyn and Norman Clark; and her parents-in-law, Patricia and Lyle Lamberty.
She is survived by: her mother Norma Mineard (Clark) of Baraboo; her husband Erich Huelsemann Jr.; her sons, Fletcher (Kellam) and Harrison; her brothers, Corey and Casey of Baraboo; her uncle Ron Clark (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Payton, Tarra, Claire, Serenity, Dayne, Nathan, Ethan, Xander and Kellen; her parents-in-law, Erich Sr. of Plain and Debbie; her uncle Delmar (Laural) of Sun Prairie; and also, Randy (Andrea) of Prairie, Sac, Justin (Kelli) of Baraboo and Ryan (Kiersten) of Fitchburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
