It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnnie Lindley (Sauk City, Wisconsin), born in Belmont, Mississippi, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cebern and Zula Rae Pharr (Ginn); her husband AC Lindley; her brothers, Basil and Max; and her siblings-in-law, Wesley Jackson, Merle Gardiner and Charlene Pharr.

She is survived by: her sons, Drywall and David Lindley (Ann); her grandsons, Scott (Samatha), Chad Mt (Jenny) and Steven (Koren); her son Joseph Lindley (Linda); her grandchild Rhyan (Emily); her son Jimmie Lindley (Nancy); her grandsons, Brandon (Chelse) and Nathan (Shanelle Hill) of Florida; her daughter Sandy Behringer (Barry); her grandchildren, Casey (Shannon) of Illinois, Jessica Greffin (Brian), Prairie and Sac; and her sisters, Mildred, Susanne Gardiner and Rae Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to COVID-19, a private grave-side service will be held with immediate family on Wednesday, September 16, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Black Earth.
