He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruth Sprecher, Rev. Harvey and Ethel Schoss. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Sprecher and Cynthia Sprecher (Schoss); his siblings, Vaun Sprecher (Alice) and Kara Sprecher; his nieces and nephews, Sydney Zehner, Oliver Woodas and Chaston Call; his sister Tabitha Sprecher; his nieces and nephews, Nature Horton, River Sprecher, Saprina and Ray Johnson; and his friend Karol (Joyce). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joel's name to the Good Neighbor Clinic of Sauk Prairie c/o the Sprecher's P.O. Box 666, Sauk City, WI 53583.
