She was predeceased by: her brother James Slark; her nieces, Katelyn, Elizabeth, Isabelle and Zoey Herbrand; her uncle Jerry Kokesh; her godfather Jerry Kokesh; and her grandparents, Glenn, Susie Slark, Ottis and Helen Horton (Albert Kokesh).
She is survived by: her mother Diane Slark (Kokesh); her spouse Lavaughn Coy Jr. (JR); her sons, Wyatt and Dalton; and her siblings, Shelley Berry (Randy), Laurie Huerth (Paul), Kari Herbrand (Brad), Heidi Breunig (Eric) and Dean Jr. Slark (Amy). She is also survived by 11 nephews, 4 nieces, 2 great-nieces, 1 great-nephew, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Coy family to provide for her children at the Bank of Prairie du Sac.
