She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Meinholz and Julia Meinholz (Maly); her sons, Joseph (Infant) and Randal; her sister Alice Trapp; and her brothers-in-law, Victor Ballweg and David Grady.
She is survived by: her husband Roland J. Mack; her children, Juanita Wagner (Bill), Ross and Julianne Brickl (Chad); her grandchildren, Andria Phillips (Jake), Tara Luckey (Michael), Dawson (Breanna Russell), Marissa Loether, Hannah Gostomski (Kyle), Andrew Mack, Allison, Isabella Mack, Phillip, Cora, Myah, Meg and Jack Brickl; her great grandchild Addison Phillips; her siblings, Maggie Ballweg, Doris Grady, Diane Hoffman (David), Maryellen Frey (Roger) and Marcel Meinholz (Janice); and her brother-in-law John Trapp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
