With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George R. Munkwitz of Sauk City, Wisconsin, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Munkwitz and Miriam Munkwitz (Roth). He is survived by: his niece Sharon Munkwitz; his nephews, Jim Munkwitz (Susan) and Dave Munkwitz (Jayne); his great-nephews, Kevin Munkwitz, Matthew Munkwitz, Jared Mayer (Allie Swenson), Carson Turner and Owen Turner; and his great-niece Jenna Mayer (Brandon Turner).
