He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Thompson and Mickey Thompson (Canode); his siblings, Gary, Neil, Tony Thompson and Tracie McClung; his sister-in-law Linda Thompson; his in-laws, Harvey and Beatrice Gieck; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Gieck, Nancy Gieck and Gary Gieck.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Thompson; his children, Chad Thompson and Crysta Rickey (Craig); his granddaughter Emma Rickey; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Thronson (Luke), Cole and Dylan Rickey; his stepgreat-grandsons, Kason and Rhett Thronson; his siblings, Bob Thompson (Nancy), Alice Frosch (Tom) and Linda Greenheck (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, LaVonne Kamnetz (Rick), Dan McClung, Elaine Biech (Dan Green), Doris Hooks (Dave), Butch Gieck and Archie Gieck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family, and many friends.
