She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacqueline Appleyard (Buchanan) and Carter Appleyard; her in-laws, Bob and Gwen Egan; and her grandparents, Esmond, Sylvia Appleyard, Lyle and Alice Bancroft.
She is survived by: her children, Candy Johnson (Egan), Crystal DeKalb (Egan), Courtney Schwartz (Egan) and Cody Egan; her sons-in-law, Greg Johnson, Mike Schwartz and Ben Bisbach; her grandchildren, Brooke Johnson, Cole Johnson, Carter DeKalb, Hazel DeKalb, Cadence Schwartz and Kane Schwartz; her siblings, Jan Brumfield (Carroll), Jeff Appleyard (Mary) and Gina Varley (Tom); and her cousin Brittney Buchanan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
