She is survived by: her daughter Diane "Holly" Miller (Drew); her grandchild Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Bobbi Jean Evans (Leonard), Steve Leaf (Connie) and Mike Leaf (Patti); and also Rita Leaf. She is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
