He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Mary; and his wife Nancy Kooyahoema of Arizona. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Kohler (Brian) of Albany; his children, Shane Miller of Fitchburg, WI, Charles Miller Jr. of Pewaukee, WI and Becky Flad of Cross Plains, WI; his granddaughters, Ashley and Emma Flad; and his significant other Darlene Pietsch.
