She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wirth Sr. and Rosa (Stalder); her husband LaVern Gieck; her siblings, Fritz, RoseAnn Kurtz and Martha Kurtz; and her daughters, Chris and Connie.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy of Tennessee, Carol of Plain, Ron (Theresa) of Tennessee and Don (Carol) of North Freedom; her brother Jim (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Douglas and Allison Ochsner. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
