She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper and Charlotte; her husband Robert Perry; her son Michael Perry; her grandson Randy; and her siblings, Jim McCormack and Beverly Glassman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Volar of Salem, WI and Debbie Owczarzak (Dan) of Cedar Lake, IN; her daughter-in-law Darlene Jenkins (David) of Trevor, WI; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah (Jake), Lauren (Dustin) and Steven (Kiersten); her siblings, Grace Merrill of Salem, WI, Pat McCormack of Chicago, IL, Robert McCormack (Sharon) of Bassett, WI and Barbara Pawlak (Carl) of Eugene, OR; and her goddaughters, Karynn Seppel (Paul) of Lebanon, IN and Johanna Seppel of Lebanon, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
