He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his daughters, Julie Gentzen (Darin) and Jacalyn Carey (Kevin); his grandchildren, Justine Gentzen, Maxwell Carey, Dylan Gentzen, Alexandria Carey and Joline Gentzen; his brother Kenneth Cerotzke (Marcia); and also Ruby Carmichael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
