He was predeceased by: his parent George Mickelsen; and his siblings, Edward Mickelsen (Dorothy) and Myra Rabiola (Jack). He is survived by: his parent Marion Mickelsen (Sulkowski); his wife Frances; and his sons, Scott Mickelsen (Jennifer) and Christopher Mickelsen (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law.
