He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon and Lorraine; and his brothers, Eldon Jr. and Jerry. He is survived by: his pet Diamond; his wife Rennae Welch; his son Joshua Talbert (Margie) of Antioch, IL; and his brother Kenny Talbert (Rosanne) of Salem, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
