He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dee Calabrese and Neva Grace Craig Calabrese; his brothers, Mark Keller and Randy Perks; and his foster parents, John Azukas and Josephine Azukas.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jarr; his children, Steven Perks (Tracy Bradac) of Salem, WI and Kimberly Gwynne (Neil) of Evans, GA; his grandchildren, Tim Bradac, Aleishia Hrnciar (Chris), Connor, Nicholas and Triston Gwynne; and his great grandchildren, Judah and Everly Hrnciar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
