It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard P. Slater of Salem, Wisconsin, born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother June Slater Sr. (Kenders); and his sister Jan. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Slater of Salem, Misty Slater of Kenosha, Leonard Slater of Salem, Steven Slater and Miranda Beno (Volodymyr); his father Leonard Slater Sr. of Green Lake; his brothers, James Slater (Pam Morrison) of Salem, Bob Slater (Misty) of Two Rivers and Jeff Slater of Green Lake; and his close friend Su Ann Sterlavage of Packwaukee. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
