He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Cukla and Virginia Cukla; and his wife Mary Ann Dubinsky. He is survived by: his children, Jason Cukla (Quinn), Terri Mueller (Thomas) and James Meinen Jr. (Linda); his grandchildren, Ollie, Oscar Cukla, Erik Mueller and Logan Meinen; and his siblings, Christine Donahue (Tom) and Gary Cukla.
