He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Matusek and Barbara Matusek; his sister Mary Ann Kujat (Edward O.); and his nephew Lance Kujat. He is survived by: his nephew Randy Kujat (Suzanne); and his nieces, Patty Russ (David) and Kathy Eldridge.
