James Rulseh Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Rulseh; his wife Darlene; his children, Tina Anchondo (Rick), Sheila O'Donnell (Tim), Matt Monroe (Crystal), Jason Monroe (Mirna), Erika McKee (Chris), Brandon Rulseh Jim and Darlene; his father Roger D. Rulseh; his siblings, Susan Fieber (Paul), Stephen (Marilyn), Ted (Noelle) and John (Lori); and his son Brian Rulseh. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.
