She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bussert and Maxine Bussert (Burgett); her husband Wesley; her son Thornton; and her siblings, Delores Davis (Les), Virginia Griffel (Robert), Mary Lou Buege (Richard) and Glen Bussert (Bonnie).
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Willoughby (Ann) of Arizona and Dr. Dale Willoughby (Candy) of Salem; her grandchildren, David, Angela, Brandon and Eli; her stepgrandson Midshipman Nicolas Ruffolo; and her sister Donna Bussert. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
