He is survived by: his parent Adeline Axtell (Richards); his spouse Ann Quardokus; his children, Wendy Axtell (Eddie) of Salem, WI, Amy Axtell of Wausau, WI and Joe Axtell (Marcy) of Union Grove, WI; his grandchildren, Amanda, Auden (Katie), Jessica, Morgan and Peyton; his great grandchild Jack; and his siblings, Marion Tierman of Salem, WI, Judy Douglas (Bill) of Port Richie, FL and Marilyn Axtell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
