He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Robert "Bob" and Geraldine; and his nephew Sean O'Mara. He is survived by: his wife Cindi; his daughters, Aimee Chapman (Lori Janus) and Kristen Chapman (Jeremy Delargy); his grandchildren, Alicia, Jared, Kyle and Jorden; his siblings, Wes Chapman (Sally) and Barbara O'Mara (Tim); and his parents-in-law, Patti Faber (Dave), Karen Findling, Sam Kann (Glenn) and Lori Horvath (Bryan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are greatly appreciated to a family fund for Bob's funeral expenses in care of Cindi Chapman.
