She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Antczak; her children, Henry and Sandy; her grandson Gregory Antczak; and her siblings, George, James, Terrance and Eve Lynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Kopala; her grandsons, Daniel Kopala (Claudine) and Richard Antczak (Laurie); and her brothers, Marvin and Timmy (Anne Marie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
