It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Bailey (Salem, Wisconsin), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bailey and Bernice Bailey; and his brother Mickey Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Bailey of Gurnee, IL, Bob Bailey (Bonnie) of Wildwood, IL and Kileen Weise of Ogema, MN.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
