She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bartram and Carol Bartram. She is survived by: her husband Carl J. Evert; her children, Carl Jr. Evert (Nicole) of Grayslake, IL and Charlotte (Paul Williams) of Mukwonago, WI; and her grandchildren, Evelyn, Owen, Aaron, Ivy and Elijah. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
