He is survived by: his mother Judith Kerby (Bentel); his children, Adam, Ryan, Ariel and Kory Kerby; his stepchildren, Justin, Jennifer Baker and Sherri Kerby; and his siblings, Raymond, Scott and Tracy Kerby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
