He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Maretech and Joseph Maretech Sr.; and his sister Kathleen Jansen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Maretech; his children, Mike Maretech and Beth Loomis (Maretech); and his sister-in-law Nancy Petrycka (Steve Malisow).
