He is survived by: his wife Jayne Doak; his siblings, Beverly Doak, Pat Strobel, Jeanne Smith, Joanne Millermon, Karen Fettig, John Doak and Roger Doak; and his nephews, Daniel Fettig and David Fettig. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
