He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hoffman; his children, Anna Polack, Mark Stapleton Jr. and Rebecca Kelly (Patrick); his siblings, Tom Hoffman (Karen), Virginia Benusa (Mike), Cathy Olmshied and Mary Ann Hoffman; and his friend Bill W. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
