He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Klotz and Loretta Klotz of Hodgkins, IL.; his wife Shirley Klotz; his daughter Jill Mueller; his granddaughter Jessica Coleman; and his brother Fred Klotz.
He is survived by: his children, John (Patty), Janet Coleman (Tom) and Jolene Poots; and his brother Dan (Sherry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
