He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Cypher (Cypher); his children, Donald, Mark, Lisa and Carol Jakubowski (Ron); his grandsons, Joshua (Sara) and Jeremy Donald (Nancy Kohler); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth (Paul), Bradley (Dana) and Britany (Jeremy); his children, Jerry, Tim (Madalyn), Mandre, A'Lea and Gunnar; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Garrett, Connor and Jaxon; and his brother George.
