She was predeceased by: her father Walter Gilbert; her husband Donald Welter; and her siblings, Gerald, Ross, Elmer, Howard Gilbert, Verda Jones, Lula Schmit and Esther Metcalf.
She is survived by: her mother Estelle Gilbert (Miller); her daughter Sally Reuling (Jon) of St. Germain; and her granddaughters, Laura Reuling (Jamie Reese) of St. Paul, MN and Amy Reuling (Sam Arnold) of Bainbridge. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be, made to the St. Germain Rescue Squad, the St. Germain Lions Club, or the Vilas Food Pantry.
