He was predeceased by: his daughter Tania Birchbauer. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Urban of St. Germain, WI; his children, Al "Butch" Urban (Melinda) of Brookfield, IL, Annette Kozlowski (Steve) of Hickory Hills, IL, Timothy Birchbauer of St. Germain, WI and Kimberly Poehnelt of Appleton, WI; and his sister Carol McCormack (Mike) of Elgin, IL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many nieces/nephews, and cousins.
