He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Vicki, Jacob, Jennifer, Bradley and Andrew; his grandchildren, Levon, Dexter, Myles, Jaiden, Trevor, Maxwell, Evelyn and Wyatt; his pet Duke; and his siblings, Daniel, Raymond, Gail and Sue.
